Terms of Service – Centerium

1. General

These terms of service govern the use of all services provided by Centerium Software and Consulting LTD. STI. ("Centerium"). By using our services, you accept these terms.

2. Service Definitions

Centerium offers VPS, VDS, dedicated server, cloud server, web hosting, software licenses, IP address, proxy and IT consulting services. Detailed specifications for each service are listed on the relevant product page.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for your account security. You must use a strong password and keep your account information confidential. Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services for illegal activities, spam, DDoS attacks, malware distribution, copyright infringement or other harmful activities. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

5. Payment and Billing

Service fees are billed monthly or annually based on the selected plan. Payments must be made by the due date. Late payments may result in service suspension. All prices include VAT.

6. Cancellation and Refund

Service cancellations can be made through your account panel or support ticket. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund policy may vary by service type.

7. SLA (Service Level Agreement)

Centerium offers a 99.9% uptime guarantee. Scheduled maintenance is excluded. Service credits are provided for SLA breaches. Detailed SLA terms are provided in a separate document.

8. Limitation of Liability

Centerium is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from service use. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the last 3 months.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms with prior notice. Changes take effect on the date they are published on our website.
