Refund Policy – Centerium

1. General Refund Conditions

At Centerium Bilişim Teknolojileri ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri LTD. ŞTİ., we prioritize customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions for refunds on purchased services. You have the right of withdrawal in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

2. Right of Withdrawal

For digital content and digital services (servers, hosting, IP addresses, etc.), the right of withdrawal applies until the service is activated. Once the service is activated, the right of withdrawal expires. For services that have not yet been activated, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of purchase.

3. Refund Request Process

You may submit your refund request through the support system (Support Ticket) or by sending an email to [email protected]. You must include your order number, registered email address, and the reason for the refund. Requests are evaluated within 7 business days at the latest.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available for: Activated and used digital services; domain name registration or transfer operations; SSL certificates (after installation); software with delivered license keys; custom-configured servers (customized upon customer request); services suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations.

5. Refund Method

Approved refund requests are processed using the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.). Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank. Bank transfer refunds are completed within 3-5 business days. In cases of partial usage, a pro-rata refund for the unused period may be provided.

6. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

For services with auto-renewal enabled, you must submit a cancellation request at least 3 days before the renewal date. For payments made through auto-renewal, you may request a refund within 48 hours, provided the service has not been used.
