Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed by Centerium Software and Consulting LTD. STI. as data controller, within the scope described below.

Identity information (name, surname, national ID); contact information (email, phone, address); financial information (billing, payment records); digital trace data (IP address, cookie data, log records); service usage data.

3. Processing Purposes

Your personal data is processed for: Performance of service agreement; billing and payment transactions; providing technical support; fulfilling legal obligations; information security processes; service quality improvement.

4. Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed based on KVKK Article 5/2: Directly related to establishing or performing a contract; fulfilling legal obligations; legitimate interest of the data controller; your explicit consent.

5. Data Transfer

Your personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions under legal obligations; banks and payment institutions for payment processing; third-party partners necessary for service delivery.

6. Data Retention

Your personal data is retained for the duration required by the processing purpose and legal retention periods. After the service relationship ends, data is kept for the required legal period.

7. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to: Learn whether your data is processed; request information about processing; learn the processing purpose; know third parties to whom data is transferred; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion under Article 7 conditions; object to automated profiling results.
